Rates/Policies

All concierge and errand services are provided by the hour.

Twenty-four hour notice is requested, however we understand that emergencies come up from time to time. At Timebenders Errand Service L.L.C, we will do we can to accommodate any time-sensitive needs. Give us a call and we will do our best to assist you.

Rates/Hours

$20.00 per hour for Errand Services

$25.00 per hour for Concierge Service

Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

$10.00 per hour additional premium – Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.

$20.00 per hour additional premium- Major Holidays

All services require a minimum of one hour. Fees are then calculated in 15 minute increments thereafter. As many services as possible will be completed in the hour. Hourly rate begins from the time of departure from the Timebenders Errand Service L.L.C location and continues until the requested task is completed.

Hourly rates do not included the cost of items purchased. You have the option of providing cash, check or you can pre-purchase items with your credit card. A 5% non-refundable fee is assessed for any items or expenses purchased with  Timebenders Errand Service L.L.C funds.

Reduced rates are available for advanced purchase of multiple hours. A 5 hour minimum applies. We are happy to discuss how we can tailor our service to best serve your needs.

Policies

Payment

Payment, including reimbursement for funds supplied by Timebenders Errand Service L.L.C, is due upon completion of services rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Timebenders Errand Service L.L.C accepts cash, check, all major credit cards* and PayPal®. A $25 dollar fee will be assessed to all returned checks.

*All credit card transactions go through PayPal®, however it is not necessary for you to have a PayPal® account in order to perform the transaction. All credit card transactions are secure.

Cancellations

We require a 10 hour notice on all Errand cancellations and 24 hours notice on all concierge services. The minimum 1 hour fee will be assessed to any cancellations falling outside of the cancellation parameters.
